“ Hands down the best pizza spot in Astoria! We have been coming here for 20 years! The pizza is bomb! The garlic knots are awesome and it just doesn't get better than this place. I stopped by for our Valentine's Day pickup dinner last night ... obviously not going out especially since I just had a baby! I paid $31 for 3 pepperoni slices, one slice extra cheese and pepperoni, a chicken slice, 2 orders of garlic knots and an order of zeppoles. It was amazing! They're not cheap on the extra cheese, they make my slices just the way I like them; crispy, and the garlic knots are extra garlicky and not too oily! They have the same staff here. I mean who doesn't like to go into a place where you have history at? They're just the best. Thank you Piazza Pizza for another great pizza party! See you soon. ”
“ I usually order pizza from here and it's good. However the quality of the pizza is not always consistent. 2 out 3 times they messed up the order. One time they got the order wrong and sent a different but similar pie. Today we said well done and it's not and very watery. The pie still was delicious or else I would of sent it back. Give it a try but don't be surprised if they mess up a little. ”
“ I have been going here almost my whole life. I love my friends behind the counter who always talk to me about our days. We have known eachother for so long and it's nice fo see all familiar faces everytime we go. I come here a lot for lunch or dinner. They have a whole back space to eat inside and during the summer time they put chairs outside to enjoy your food. The pizza is good and always fresh. They have one of the best chicken rolls. You have to go if you are in the area. ”
“ Always pass this place on the way to my gym - decided to have a quick bite with my dad! My dad's been going here for years!! The guy behind the counter was super sweet & hilarious!! We got a chicken souvlaki platter & a rice ball. I love a good rice ball & that is exactly what it was -- I hate when places leave them out for too long & they get oily! This one was the perfect crunch with a nice rice / meat ratio. The prices were super reasonable & the food was great! Will def become a regular! ”
“ I always order a large cheese pizza and meat lovers pizza and garlic knots from here. It's always hit the spot and whenever we've gotten it delivered it's always been hot where the cheese is still runny ish and oily. That's my type of NY style pizza. ”
“ They had a good deal for pizza. We ordered the pizza, garlic knots, soda and buffalo wings. They lost a star because they gave us 1lt instead of 2lt. Eithet way that's better anyway who needs all that soda? I loved that the pizza wasn't too greasy. We got one half feta and one half pineapple. I was a little disappointed because there was barely enough feta on the pie. They definitely could have added more. The garlic knots were not overpowering at all. They were actually pretty big compared to most places I've been too. The buffalo wings with BBQ were made well done. I'm happy it didn't irritate my stomach. The inside of the shop is kept clean. The staff kept everyone happy and on point. I would recommend this place for a quick bite to eat. The prices are pretty reasonable. The blue cheese was pretty tasty as well. Would I come back here again? Yes. Would I order feta on my pizza? No, it just wasnt enough for my taste. The pineapple slice was on point. I just would have liked if the soda we paid for was actually a 2lt for my guests. ”
